SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Jessica Allen wants President Barack Obama to make the world a better place. She told him in a letter, along with more than 35,000 other students in the U.S. and abroad, as part of a letter-writing campaign, “Mail to the Chief.” The letters were delivered Wednesday to Capitol Hill in huge sacks.

Jessica, 7, of Southfield, is especially proud of her letter.

“President Obama, I wish you make the world a better place. I would like you to clean up the cities. I love you Obama, and remember, Obama, make the world a better place. Thank you for being the best president, ever.” The Detroit News
