ProLogis, a Denver-based warehouse owner, is selling a “sizable” portfolio of U.S. industrial properties to a joint venture of the Teacher Retirement System of Texas and San Francisco-based Stockbridge Real Estate Funds, the newsletter REIT Wrap reported.
The newsletter cited “several” unnamed people as the source of its information. It did not list the properties or sale prices. ProLogis spokeswoman Melissa Marsden did not immediately return a telephone message seeking comment.
