LOVELAND, Colo.—A judge has ordered teenager to stand trial on charges of fatally shooting a 23-year-old in a Loveland school parking lot.

Adrian Rodarte is charged with first-degree murder in the Nov. 15 death of 22-year-old Casey Harvey.

On Friday, Larimer County District Judge Jolene Blair ruled the evidence was sufficient to put the 19-year-old Rodarte on trial.

Rodarte is accused of fatally shooting Harvey during a late-night altercation at a parking lot at Thompson Valley High School. Authorities say Harvey died of a single gunshot wound.

Blair also declined to set a bond for Rodarte, who has been jailed without bond since being taken into custody a day after the shooting.
