Northeast Colorado anglers will learn the latest developments and challenges on their favorite waters during a series of April roundtable discussions. In addition to tips for fishing success, Division of Wildlife biologists will speak about population data, stocking plans and issues related to invasive species.

HARTSEL — Colorado State Parks officials have issued a warning against speeding at Spinney Mountain and will begin issuing $50 tickets. Rangers will give warnings through the coming weekend, then begin ticketing speeders. The limit is 25 mph on main roads, 20 on the dam.
