Boulder-based Ball Aerospace has been selected by Boeing Co. as the contractor to build the Ares I instrument unit assembly and flight and command telemetry computers.
The Ares I is the crew launch vehicle being developed by NASA to launch Orion, the next spacecraft for human space-flight missions.
