What do Africa and Peru have in common? They’re both the subject of a joint fundraiser sponsored by the AfricAid Club, and the Peruvian Hearts Club at Colorado Academy. The AfricAid Club, founded by Colorado Academy alum Ashley Shuyler, helps educate young Tanzanian women. The Peruvian Hearts, founded by Colorado Academy student Ana Dodson, helps impoverished children and orphans living in Peru. The fundraiser includes a silent auction art and crafts from Africa and South America.
