• Because of incorrect information provided by a source, a chart that accompanied a Sunday story about mercury-tainted fish in Colorado lakes and reservoirs described the state Department of Public Health and Environment warning about Sweitzer Lake State Park incorrectly. The warning for that lake is for selenium.
• A story Tuesday on Page 1B incorrectly described how 11-year-old pianist Amy Zhou became involved with Bessie’s Hope. Although she is a student at North Ridge Elementary School, she volunteers through a program in which she is involved at Great Wall Chinese Academy.
• Because of a reporting error, a story on Page 2B Wednesday about a Hebrew sun blessing incorrectly noted the start of Passover. This year, it began at sundown Wednesday.
