The nation’s largest private homebuilder is introducing a new line of single-family homes at EastPark, Lowry’s newest neighborhood.
Houston-based David Weekley Homes plans to build homes ranging from 2,200 square feet to 2,800 square feet. Prices will start in the high $300,000 range. Construction of the model home and presales will start early this summer.
Also building in EastPark are McStain Neighborhoods, Harvard Communities, Standard Pacific Homes and Latsis Custom Homes.
