Three passengers on a 16th Street Mall bus were taken to a local hospital with minor injuries this afternoon after the bus slammed on its brakes to avoid a pedestrian, according to RTD.
Several people reportedly fell when the bus stopped.
“(They) were taken to the hospital as a precautionary measure, but none of their injuries are serious,” said Scott Reed, RTD spokesman.
