Two meetings are planned in May to give Colorado farmers and ranchers information about upcoming changes to the Department of Agriculture’s Farm Service Agency conservation- reserve program.
More than 2 million acres of Colorado grasslands are listed within the conservation-reserve program with contracts expiring in 2013.
The meetings are scheduled from 12:30-5 p.m. May 14 at Morgan Community College and May 15 at Lamar Community College. For more information, go to .
