LS Power says it has purchased the rights to the Wyoming- Colorado Intertie Project, a proposed 850-megawatt transmission line to carry wind power from Wyoming to Colorado’s Front Range. LS Power purchased rights to the project from AES Corp. for an undisclosed price.
