Minnesota Twins catcher Mike Redmond had an MRI exam on his sore right shoulder Wednesday. The findings might come as a surprise to a lot of people, but not to Redmond. “They found a Bud Light in there,” the veteran jokester quipped. “That’s a good thing. It’s amazing they found it. It’s a long neck.” Redmond said the shoulder has been bothering him for a few weeks, but the MRI revealed nothing unusual, aside from the bottle of suds, of course. Team doctors are hoping they can treat the injury with medication — perhaps two aspirin and a call in the morning. The Associated Press
