Turtle Beach Resort, Tamarind Cove Hotel and Colony Club Hotel are offering discounts of 40 percent, and Crystal Cove Hotel and the House are offering 30 percent reductions. Three-night minimum stay required at all properties except Colony Club, which requires a five-night minimum. Prices vary. Safety officials get a cruise break.
Firefighters and police officers get an average of 20 percent off the best rate on select Royal Caribbean (800-769-2522, ), Celebrity (800-437-3111, celebrity ) and Azamara (877-999-9553, ). Passengers in the same stateroom are also eligible for the discount. Active- duty employees of local, state and federal law enforcement agencies and fire departments in the United States must provide proof of employment (badge or ID card).
