One of two guns found in a flight attendant’s luggage at Denver International Airport was loaded, according to a police report.
Kimberly Chase, 46, an attendant with Great Lakes Aviation, was stopped Saturday morning at the Concourse A security-screening area, police said.
The handguns were packed in a pink shoe bag in the front zipper pocket of a carry-on, according to a Denver Police Department report.
Chase was interviewed and released pending further investigation.
The Denver district attorney’s office will review the case to determine whether any criminal charges will be filed, said Sonny Jackson, a police spokesman.
