Gov. Bill Ritter has signed another bill to bolster his economic-development plan.
The bill signed Thursday at the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce annual State of the State luncheon will give small businesses direct access to credit and capital to help them through the tough economy.
The bipartisan measure revives the Colorado Credit Reserve Program, which will help banks make loans to small businesses.
