New Town Builders has sold the home it built in Stapleton to benefit The Challenge Foundation and its ongoing efforts to make college education available to low-income students.

Forest City Stapleton donated the land, and New Town built the 2,222-square-foot home using donated or discounted materials and services from various vendors. The home sold for $520,000. The foundation receives $219,000, after all the nondonated items, including commissions and closing costs, were deducted from the sales price.
