As part of the 31st annual Paint-A-Thon beginning this month, Brothers Redevelopment Inc. is recruiting volunteers and selecting metro-area low- and fixed-income seniors to have their homes painted for free. To qualify, homeowners must live in a home no more than 1 1/2 stories, be at least 60 years old, demonstrate financial need and be on-site during the event.
