FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Police say a reported robbery and attempted sexual assault along Colorado 14 northwest of Fort Collins has similarities to two other recent attacks in Loveland.
The Larimer County sheriff’s office says two women Saturday reported a man dressed in black leather and riding a black motorcycle stopped next to their car and tried making small talk before pulling out a gun and demanding their purses. Deputies say the women told investigators the man also tried to sexually assault them but they were able to get away.
Police say a similar suspect brandished a weapon and demanded valuables from two women in separate incidents in Loveland on Thursday and March 21.
In the Loveland cases, the man was wearing a full-face helmet.
