DALLAS — Flight attendants represented by the Transport Workers Union Local 556 have ratified a four-year contract with Southwest Airlines that includes raises, an increase in 401(k) contributions and improvements in job security.
The new contract expires May 31, 2012. Local 556 represents more than 9,700 flight attendants.
