ORLANDO, Fla.—The Powerball jackpot will grow to an estimated $192 million for Saturday since no one matched all six of the numbers in the midweek drawing, the Multi-State Lottery Association said.
The winning numbers Wednesday were 23, 30, 31, 35 and 42. The Powerball was 6 and the multiplier was 2.
A Power Play ticket sold in North Carolina matched the first five numbers only to win $1 million. The top prize in Colorado was $10,000 for a ticket that matched the Powerball and four of the other numbers, Colorado Lottery officials said.
Powerball was created in 1992 and launched in Colorado in 2001.
The game is now played in 30 states, the District of Columbia and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
