A motorcycle rider was killed in an Aurora intersection this afternoon when a pickup truck turned into his path, police said.
The motorcycle rider, who wasn’t wearing a helmet, has not been identified, pending notificiation of next of kin.
The truck driver, Cesario Garcia, 47, of Edgewater was arrested and charged with careless driving resulting in death.
The collision happened at about 1:30 p.m. at East Colfax Avenue and North Dunkirk Street.
