FORT COLLINS, Colo.—In a story about budget cuts at Colorado State University, The Associated Press reported erroneously that the university’s College of Engineering plans to lay off about 40 employees. CSU officials say the 40 layoffs are planned across the university as a whole. The College of Engineering plans to eliminate or scale back six positions.
