Arapahoe County authorities think the same young black man between 15 and 20 years old has exposed himself to women and young girls in Centennial on three occasions, including twice in the past two weeks.
In all three cases he was wearing basketball shorts and a T-shirt before flashing himself.
The flasher allegedly exposed himself to a group of 13-year-old girls at Medema Park last September.
Then on May 13 he allegedly flashed passersby at South Birch Street and East Fremont Avenue, and on Wednesday he allegedly exposed himself to a 38-year-old woman as she passed him on the sidewalk in the 4100 block of East Geddes Avenue.
