No charges will be filed against Dr. Jasjot Johar, the director of the emergency department at Medical Center of the Rockies, Loveland police said today.
Earlier this month, Pam Brock, vice president of public relations for the Poudre Valley Health System, said hospital administrators and the Loveland Police Department received allegations of improper sexual conduct by Johar.
At the time, police confirmed that an investigation was ongoing but said Johar had not been arrested and that no charges had been filed.
The Loveland Police Department said today that the results of its investigation were presented to the Larimer County district attorney’s office, and prosecutors declined to file a case against Johar.
