ST. PETERSBURG, Russia — A Russian naval ship carrying out target practice off the Russian Baltic Sea coast accidentally rained shell fragments on a village near St. Petersburg, officials said Friday. Nobody was injured when fragments fell on houses in Zelyonaya Roshcha.
