Dead aim way off
You won’t find Kim listed among the field for this week’s Memorial Tournament. It’s probably wise that he take a week off.
Kim, one of the heroes of the U.S. victory in the 2008 Ryder Cup matches, tied for 54th last week in the Crown Plaza Invitational and has finished no better than 20th in a stroke-play event since his second-place effort in the season-opening Mercedes-Benz Championship on Jan. 11.
“I’ve been firing at pins and hitting in the water,” Kim, 23, told Golfweek recently.
Last year, the former Oklahoma All-American placed sixth on the PGA Tour money list and won twice.
