Charles O. Holliday Jr., the former chief executive of E.I. du Pont de Nemours & Co., has been elected to the CH2M Hill board of directors.
Holliday was CEO of the third-largest U.S. chemical manufacturer from 1998 to 2008. He currently serves as chairman of DuPont’s board and is a member of the board of Deere & Co.
