Denver police today identified a suspect in a fatal stabbing in northwest Denver and are asking for the public’s help in finding the alleged assailant.
Police are looking for Juan Carlos Lopez in the stabbing death early Tuesday of 24-year-old Stephen Ramirez. The attack occurred in the 1200 block of West 46th Avenue.
Lopez, 28, is wanted on suspicion of first-degree murder, according to a police media release.
Anyone with information on the homicide, Lopez or his whereabouts is asked to call police at 720-913-2000 or Crime Stoppers at 720-913-STOP(7867).
