Denver police continue to look for a man wanted in the May 29 slaying of a security guard at El Chaparral Night Club in west Denver.
Crime Stoppers announced a $2,000 reward today for information leading to the arrest of Herber Santiago Godoy, 21, of Denver.
A first-degree-murder warrant has been issued in connection with the death of 32-year-old Alfredo Gonzalez-Ramos, who was shot while trying to break up fights inside and outside the club at 2727 West Sixth Ave., investigators said.
Anyone with information about Godoy is asked to call Denver police at 720-913-2000 or leave a tip anonymously through Crime Stoppers at 720-913-7867.
