The Denver District Attorney’s office today charged Juan Lopez, 28, with first-degree murder in the death of 24-year-old Steven Ramirez .
Ramirez was stabbed at his home at 12:40 a.m. in the 1200 block of West 46th Avenue on June 9.
A witness told investigators there was an “argument and scuffle” before Ramirez was stabbed, police said.
Lopez is being held without bond in the Denver County Jail.
