A 17-year-old in Fort Collins was wounded by a gunshot this afternoon, and police are looking for two men and a motive behind the assault.
The shooting happened at about 5:30 p.m. at East Drake Road and Stover Street. The teen call 9-1-1 and was found in his car a short distance away.
He was taken to the Medical Center of the Rockies, but his name and condition were not available tonight.
The teen-ager told police he was shot as the result of an encounter with two men, one white and one Hispanic. They were in a red 1990s model Ford Mustang, police said.
