BOULDER — A lawsuit over one woman’s Easter decorations has been delayed indefinitely.
Carol Burdick was evicted from her Boulder apartment this spring after refusing to take down her Easter decorations, which included a pyramid of Peeps marshmallow candies.
Burdick is suing the real estate company that evicted her, and a jury trial was scheduled to begin today.
