Limelight Networks, a maker of software that speeds delivery of Web videos, won a court ruling upholding a verdict that it didn’t infringe on Broomfield- based Level 3 Communications patents used for sending data.
U.S. District Judge Mark S. Davis in Norfolk, Va., on Tuesday rejected Level 3’s request to throw out the jury’s verdict and order a new trial, finding he didn’t abuse his discretion with instructions to the jury.
