ALBUQUERQUE — Dodgers outfielder Manny Ramirez, easing back into playing shape after a 50-game drug suspension, played four innings and was hitless in two at-bats Tuesday night for the Triple-A Albuquerque Isotopes in their 1-0 victory over Nashville (Tenn.).

The capacity crowd of 15,321 was the largest in Albuquerque’s baseball history.

Asked if he was close to playing shape, Ramirez replied: “Not really close. I haven’t played like in 50 days, but I’m going to catch up slowly.”

The slugger is expected to rejoin the Dodgers on July 3 at San Diego.
