Once more, with feeling…

Leave it to the Junior League of Denver to keep us awash in new and classic Colorado recipes. The new book, “Colorado Classique,” goes on sale tomorrow. Go to for more info.

Find a farmers market

Hit for more than 100 farmers market listings statewide, then plan to visit one this week. If you’re in Cañon City, there’s a market today at Veteran’s Park from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Get over there before all the eggs are gone. Visit for more.

Wine, women and clothing

Female winemakers and women-owned wineries converge for this Dress for Success benefit wine tasting at Strings restaurant. Bring your gently used women’s business attire to donate. Thursday, 6-8 p.m., $25 per person. Strings, 1700 Humboldt St. Call for a reservation: 303-831-7310.
