A man who fell from the seventh floor at the Axis at Nine Mile Stateion Apartments Saturday morning died of his injuries in what Denver Police now call a suicide.
Police were called to the building at 3255 S. Parker Road at 9:36 a.m. after the man fell to the ground.
One resident, who declined to be interviewed, said a woman living in a ground-floor apartment discovered the man lying on her patio.
The man, who has not been identified, was taken to Denver Health Medical injuries but later died.
