LINCOLN, Neb.—Nebraska fans looking ahead to the upcoming football season can make plans for Aug. 8. That’s when the Cornhuskers will open the gates to Memorial Stadium for the annual Fan Day.
Husker players and coaches will be on hand to sign autographs and pose for photos.
Fan Day festivities will run from 9:30 a.m. until 11:30 a.m.
The Huskers will open fall practice later that afternoon.

The 2010 Spring Game date also has been set. The annual scrimmage that draws thousands of fans to Memorial Stadium will be played on April 17.
