Mountain Bike Capital USA will be moving a little farther up U.S. 40 from its traditional home at Winter Park when SolVista Bike Park at Granby Ranch becomes the epicenter of the off-road racing nation for the USA Cycling Mountain Bike National Championships, Thursday through Sunday.
Thousands of pro and amateur racers will compete in cross country, downhill, super D, four-cross and shorttrack races on SolVista’s newly constructed tracks and trails.
Intimidating downhill jumps combine with a technical four-cross track with some significant drops of its own for a Saturday-Sunday showcase that spectators won’t want to miss. SolVista Bike Park’s less-intimidating trails will remain open to the public throughout the championships, and spectators and foot passengers can ride the QuickDraw lift for free to view the races.
