A pedestrian was fatally struck on Interstate 25 in Denver early Saturday after exiting a stalled vehicle, police said.
The on northbound I-25 near Auraria Parkway at 5:03 a.m.
Investigators believe the victim exited a stalled vehicle and was hit by oncoming traffic, . The pedestrian died at the scene, police said.
The Denver Office of the Medical Examiner identified the pedestrian as Jenavi Maes Gonzalez, 18, and ruled the death accidental.
