According to the 2009 Big 12 football preseason poll, Colorado will finish fourth in the North division of the Big 12 conference, with Nebraska predicted to win the North.

Oklahoma and Texas are tied for the top spot in the South.

CU was ranked fourth in last year’s preseason poll and was in that spot at the end of the 2008 season, compiling a 5-7 record.

The poll is voted on by media representatives who cover the conference.
