A 5-year-old boy who police say is the victim of a custodial kidnapping is being sought by Northglenn police.
Josias Rivera was abducted from his grandmother’s home in the 300 block of West 114th Avenue at about 1:30 a.m. today by his biological father, William Rivera, Northglenn police said.
Josias is about 4 feet tall and weighs about 60 pounds. He was last seen wearing blue shorts, a blue T-shirt and green camouflage Croc sandals.
William Rivera is 5-foot-4 and weighs 210 pounds. He has shoulder-length black hair kept in a pony tail. He was last seen wearing brown shorts and a white T-shirt.
People who have seen either the boy or his father are asked to call their local law-enforcement agency or Northglenn police at 303-450-8893.
