The winner: Bill Wagner, Grand Junction. This is the clock over the entrance to Pufferbelly Station in Grand Junction. With my friend and business partner Bruce Milyard, I built Pufferbelly in the early 1980s. I engaged local sculptor Dave Davis to come up with this clock to welcome folks to this cool little shopping mall next to the railroad depot.
