Rioja on Larimer Square is recognized in the R.S.V.P. section where readers write in to request recipes. A Boulder woman wanted the recipe for Rioja’s pan-roasted chicken with morel crème fraîche sauce.
Table 6, at Sixth and Corona, was chosen as part of Bon Appetit’s feature story on chicken as the hottest menu item at restaurants. Table 6’s recipe for chicken pot pie with chanterelles is included.
