OMAHA—An Omaha man has lost a federal appeal in which he argued an illegal search turned up the evidence used to convict him of possessing child pornography. Harold Stults said a federal agent didn’t have a warrant when the agent accessed Stults’ computer through a file-sharing program called LimeWire and found pornographic images involving children.
