BOULDER — Convicted child abuser Alex Midyette won’t serve any further time for a bond violation. A Boulder district judge Monday gave Midyette credit for time served. The bond violation would have added 153 days to his 16-year sentence in the death of his baby.
The violation came when Midyette was arrested on a charge of violating the terms of his bond, which required him to stay away from most children.
