Catch the Cherry Creek North Food & Wine fest 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday and noon to 4 p.m. Sunday in the plaza on Fillmore Street between East First and Second avenues. Kristen Cofrades of Randolph’s will grill pork chops with Colorado peaches, and Michel Wahaltere of miniBAR will offer a “petite beef tender” and Chianti black olive sauce. Ingredients
1/2 ounce crème de menthe
1 1/2 ounces brandy
Directions
Shake with ice and strain into chilled cocktail glass.
