SAN MATEO, Calif. — A 17-year-old boy is under arrest after police say he detonated an explosive at a California high school. Police said the boy is a former Hillsdale High School student. The explosion happened just after 8 a.m. Monday. The 1,200-student school was evacuated, and no one was injured.
