Cedric Lipsey, 35, and Philip A. Martinez, 34, both of Denver, were indicted by a federal grand jury last week on charges of wire fraud as part of a mortgage-fraud scheme, U.S. Attorney David Gaouette announced Thursday.
According to the indictment, from April 2004 through about March 2006, Lipsey and Martinez defrauded lending companies that funded residential mortgage loans.
