The Broncos stayed within their locker room to form their eight-man practice squad.
All eight players – running back Darius Walker, tight end Marquez Branson, cornerback Tony Carter, guard Mitch Erickson, cornerback D.J. Johnson, inside linebacker Braxton Kelley, defensive lineman Everette Pedescleaux and wide receiver Matthew Willis – were cut by the Broncos over the weekend.
Practice-squad players are not part of the team’s 53-man roster, but they can practice with the team.
