This summer’s spate of hailstorms has lured a New Jersey roofing-supply company to the Denver market.

Bradco Supply Corp. leased a 27,000-square-foot distribution and manufacturing facility at 17808 E. 24th Drive in Aurora. The building previously was occupied by Bison Building Products, which vacated the building because of the downturn in residential construction.

Bradco saw an opportunity to capitalize on the high demand for roof repairs after this year’s damaging storms.

Brad Thompson and Mike Wafer of Grubb & Ellis represented the landlord, a group of private investors.

Mitch Zatz and Drew McManus of Jones Lang LaSalle represented Bradco.
